Las Madres was a lifesaver for me when my daughter was an infant. And, now I treasure the friendships that we've made.

Las Madres of Morgan Hill Playgroups, Inc. is a non-profit organization for parents and young children. We are an entirely volunteer organization and the groups are organized by the year in which the children are born.
The heart of Las Madres is our weekly playgroups. A playgroup is a group of parents and/or caregivers and their children who meet weekly at a member's home, park, or other location for socializing and playtime.
We welcome parents from all walks of life and hope to represent the diversity of our community. Most of our members are mothers and we extend our warm welcome to dads, grandparents and other caregivers.
In addition to regular playgroups, we also offer seasonal activities, holiday and birthday parties, family outings, mothers' nights out, meals for new parents, and more. We support our local community through multiple, annual public service activities that are managed by individual Las Madres years. Examples of our public service include: Preschool and Kindergarten Night, which is an informational evening every January about the preschools and educational options in our area; a Family Festival, a social/holiday event open to the entire public; a Fund Raiser, which raises funds for a local cause or family in need of emergency support; and a Welcome Event, designed to introduce new families to Las Madres. You are welcome to join us for up to a month as a courtesy member to decide if this is the group for you and your children.
